2015

The 2nd ASEAN-ROK Business Council Meeting consisted of 4 sessions:

Session 1 covered prospect of economic cooperation between ASEAN and Korea, following the launch of AEC. Sessions 2 and 3 were committed to supporting programs for start-ups and surviving tips for SMES business in Malaysia. The final session dealt with expanding opportunities through mega FTA such as RCEP with ASEAN member countries.

During discussion session, ASEAN participants commented their issues or difficulties with regard to operating and managing SMEs. In addition, ASEAN participants identified the areas in which they wish to cooperate with their ROK counterparts.
